No. We start from your plans and renders and present the project exactly as it was designed.

Your practice or studio is named on the DREAM page of the project you designed.
What material do you need?
The floor plans (ideally DWG), elevations and sections, and any existing renders. The rest is on us.
At what stage does it make sense?
From licensing onwards. DREAM is built from the plans, so the developer can start selling off-plan — before construction begins.
