Our commitment

Urbanis – Demenashe e Rabinovich, Lda. wants the DREAM pages to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technologies.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

We consider these pages partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA: our own content meets the criteria we checked, with the exceptions listed below.

What we have done

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus and a link to skip to the content.
  • Text alternatives for images and accessible names on every button.
  • Color contrast checked for text and controls.
  • A form with labels, announced error messages and a summary of missing fields.
  • Dialogs (menu, cookie settings) that keep the focus inside and close with the Esc key.
  • The system “reduce motion” preference is respected, and films can be paused.
  • Pages in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, each with its language declared.

Known limitations

  • The 360° virtual tour is provided by Panoee and has no text alternative or full keyboard navigation; the floor plans and unit descriptions on the page itself give the same information.
  • The interactive film and the videos have no narration or audio description; they carry no information that is not also given in text on the page.
  • The preview images of the example sites are screenshots; their content is described in the text next to them.

How we checked

Automated tests (axe-core) on every page, on desktop and phone, and manual keyboard-navigation tests.
